Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between https://salesgrowthsteps.com ("Company") and the person ("User") who downloads, installs, or uses the Sales Growth Steps mobile application ("Application").

By using the Application, you declare that you have read and accepted all provisions of this agreement.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited license to use the Application for the purpose of optimizing your business sales processes and tracking growth steps. This license does not transfer ownership of the Application to you; it only grants the right to use it.

2. Terms of Use and Restrictions

The User undertakes to comply with the following rules while using the Application:

  • Not attempting to access the source code of the Application or perform reverse engineering.
  • Not copying the Application content or sharing it with third parties for commercial purposes.
  • Not using the methodology provided through the Application to develop another software or service.

3. Nature of the Service and Disclaimer

Sales Growth Steps is a decision support and action tracking platform.

  • No Warranty: The daily tasks, strategies, and analyses provided by the Application are based on artificial intelligence and data processing models. The Company does not guarantee any specific revenue increase, profitability, or commercial success as a result of the implementation of these steps.
  • Business Decisions: The implementation of any action or step recommended by the Application is entirely at the User's discretion. The User is solely responsible for any direct or indirect commercial losses, loss of profit, or business damages that may arise from the implementation of these steps. The Company accepts no legal or financial responsibility for the consequences arising from these decisions.

4. Account Security and Data Accuracy

The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and business analysis. Incorrect data entry may cause the Application to generate faulty tasks or strategies. It is the User's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of account information and passwords.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some features within the Application may require a paid subscription.

  • Subscription transactions and digital payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store infrastructure (and technically via RevenueCat).
  • Cancellation, refund, and subscription management operations are subject to the terms and conditions of the app store where the payment was made.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, algorithms, interface designs, the "Sales Growth Steps" brand, and logos within the Application are the property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of infringement of these rights.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Detailed information about how your personal data is processed is contained in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement.

8. Termination of the Agreement

The User may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the Application from their device. The Company has the right to unilaterally suspend the User's access in the event of a violation of the terms of use.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

In disputes arising from this agreement, the courts of the jurisdiction where the Company is headquartered shall have jurisdiction.
